Glow from Within is a 100% pure hydrolyzed collagen peptides which are soluble in and liquid: hot/cold and tasteless with a creamy texture.

Directions
- We recommend doubling the daily dosage to morning and evening for optimising results for at least the first 2 weeks
- Thereafter, it is your choice whether to maintain at dosage recommended on packaging or sticking to the double dosage
