The Saporelax pan from Risoli is made from superheating conductive aluminium covered in a patented non-stick coating, so you can get those great grill lines and perfectly cooked steak, with a minimum of clean up and fuss. You can even finish the steak off in the oven since the whole thing is oven safe and the handle is detachable.
