This toner gently removes dead skin cells, excess sebum and blackheads with BHA for clear skin. It features Vitamin-rich seaweed extract complex to hydrate and nourish skin. It’s also packed with plant-based ingredients including willow bark, purslane and chamomile extracts to soothe sensitive skin.
