• There are no private vehicles allowed as per reserve rules.  
• There is a strict pick-up time on the day of arrival at 12:30 at the Main Gate. Drop-off time on the day of departure will be at 12:00.  
• Any late arrivals will be charged at R1 500 per way subject to availability.
