JF 'Jock Frederick' Massyn was one of the founding members of Anke and sadly passed away a few years after the business had started. Following his passing — his business partner — OJ, as well as his two siblings Marchell and Anke took the reins and grew the business into the success it is today. This fragrance is a tribute to Jock and the indelible mark he left on the business and — more importantly — the lives he touched in his time with us.

What's in a name?
This isn't the first time - and it certainly won't be the last time - we chat about the weird names that some items of clothing have. We've mentioned things like jumpers and sweaters, and questioned why they're called those things, when they certainly don't jump or sweat, respectively.
