Set Menu

Starter

• Option 1: Panko Cauliflower with roasted butternut puree, baby beet wedges, toasted pumpkin seeds and a smoked teriyaki sauce.
• Option 2: Venison Carpaccio with ostrich, wild rocket, dried cranberries, almond flakes, maldon salt, cracked black pepper and a balsamic and raspberry dressing.
• Option 3: Salt & Pepper Squid with pickled cucumber, carrot salad, coriander, roasted garlic aioli, Japanese mayo.

Main Course

• Option 1: Dry Aged New York Strip Steak with crispy baby potatoes, mixed forest mushrooms, blue cheese, beef jus.
• Option 2: Pan Fried Kingklip with creamed potato, fine beans, confit tomatoes, gremolata, pickled beetroot shavings.
• Option 3: Spinach Feta Gnocchi with wild rocket pesto, spinach, feta, garlic, parmesan wafers, onion, and cream.

Dessert

• Option 1: Coffee Créme Brulée white chocolate and cranberry biscotti, milk foam, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
• Option 2: White Chocolate Cheesecake with caramelised popcorn, chocolate soil, strawberries, dark chocolate sauce.
• Option 3: Chocolate Brownie Sandwich with vanilla ice-cream, caramelised popcorn, fudge sauce, dark chocolate and peanut butter sauce.
