• Directions for use:
• Mix 2 scoops (±120 g) with 300-400 ml of cold water or milk in a NUTRITECH shaker. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily with one serving within 20 minutes of exercise. To increase your protein and calorie intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milkshake taste, use milk.
