Sally T.Pack of 3 Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid Tablets (120 Tabs each)

R319

Retail: R370
About

Vit B-12 (also known as cyanocobalamn) should be plentiful in most of our diets but the body’s ability to utilize it is often impaired, especially as we age.  20% of elderly people are thought to be deficient in vitamin B-12 even if many of them have no overt symptoms. Supplements are therefore often recommended with advancing age. It has been known to cure pernicious anaemia which can be a potentially fatal disease affecting older adults in particular. Vitamin B-12 is the only B vitamin that the body stores in large amounts, mostly in the liver.  It is usually taken in conjunction with folic acid..

Aaah, Saturday.

The one thing keeping us sane under lockdown is routine. The weekend still feels like the weekend if you act accordingly.

As such we start our Saturdays as we would any other Saturday: a breakfast made up of 0% breakfast food and 100% junk food.

Around mid-morning we'd consider joining an online exercise class (as we would any other Saturday), and when that misplaced motivation passes we'll flop onto the couch for the rest of the day and watch the latest episode of whatever Netflix serves us first. Just like any other Saturday.
