Ingredients

Acetyl-L-carnitine, Eleutherococcussenticosus(Siberian ginseng), Choline bitartrate, Huperzine A, Idebenone, Tyrosine (L-tyrosine), Ginkgo biloba (standardised 24%flavonglycosides), Grape seed extract (standardised 95% OPC’s), Vitamin B5 (calcium-d-pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate (vegetarian - flow agent) and silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults and children over 16 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily (if used to enhance attention-span of a child during school time, it is best to take the first capsule with breakfast, and the second capsule late morning with a snack of lunch). Children 12-16 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily. Take with, or shortly after food. To maintain effectiveness, take in cycles of 5 consecutive days followed by a break of 2 consecutive days. Some individuals may experience a stimulating effect, therefore do not take after 4pm. Do not exceed 6 weeks continuous use.

Humble bragging. How is this still a thing?

You know the type. They'll say something along the lines of "I really miss my old Chevy Spark. This Audi SUV is so much harder to park."

Rest assured they don't miss that Chevy AT ALL. They just want you to know that they spent truckloads of cash on the latest Audi, but they want to come across as really casual because somehow that makes them cooler. Or something.

You'd think the complete lack of any complimentary responses would put an end to this type of self-appreciation, but if anything it's happening more and more.
