Inverroche Gin is double distilled in small batches of 250 bottles, using a specialized pot still process where alcohol vapor infuses with dried and fresh botanicals, resulting in a complex and intensely flavored spirit.
The Amber variety is a handcrafted blend of intriguing flavors, combining the fresh floral botanicals of Africa with spices and berries from India and Europe. Well balanced and full-bodied, it is smooth on the palate with a dry, warm finish.
The Classic variety is handcrafted using 15 different botanicals, making it a crisp, clean and refreshing spirit. The perfumed undertones of the Cape fynbos amplify the aromas of the botanicals, while fruit and spice flavors dominate the palate.
The Verdant variety is a handcrafted blend of intriguing flavors, combining the fresh floral botanicals of Africa with spices and berries from India and Europe. For an additional boost in taste, the spirit goes through a brief infusion of late summer blooms after distillation, which imparts a delicately crisp, green note.
