This Adidas adjustable dumbbell contains 8 weight plates, each with a weight of 0,5 kg. Together with the bar of 0,5 kg and two spinlock collars of each 0,25 kg. This makes a total possible weight of 5 kg. By using less weight plates, the total weight of the dumbbell can be adjusted.
The Spinlock collars keep the weight plates in place. They are placed at the end of the bar, leaving no open ends. The weight can be adjusted easily during training by adding or removing weight plates.
The Adidas 5 kg Dumbbell set contains one dumbbell with a good grip. They have a chrome coating. The fact that the weight can be adjusted so easily makes the dumbbell suitable for multiple exercises at any level.
