- Please ensure that your nostrils are clear before use to maximise absorption

- Directions:
- Loading Phase:
- Day 1: 2 pumps, 1 per nostril
- Day 2: 4 pumps (2 in the morning, and 2 pumps in the evening)
- Day 3: 6 pumps (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening)
- After the loading phase, 6 pumps daily for approximately 2 weeks while your tan develops. Depending on your skin type, you may require longer.
- Maintenance Phase:
- In order to maintain your tan, we recommend between 6 and 8 pumps 2/3 times per week. This depends on how dark you would like your tan to be. Your best and most even tan will occur between 3-4 weeks.
- Note: Allow for short intervals, 15-20 minutes of sun exposure each day for the first week to better activate the melanin.
- Storage: Please store in the fridge.
- Side effect: mild nausea may occur but should subside after 2-3 days of use.
- PLEASE adhere to the guidelines above.
- If you want to be browner increase your dosages and if you are too brown, reduce your dosages.
